1. Who we are

ToDo AI is a productivity application designed to help users turn ideas into structured tasks, organize priorities, and work with AI-assisted planning flows. If you have privacy questions or want to request deletion of your data, you can contact us at kliment1986@inbox.ru.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use ToDo AI, we may process the following categories of information:

• Account information. This includes your email address, password submitted during sign up or sign in, and basic account status information such as whether your email address has been verified.
• Task and planning content. This includes todo titles, descriptions, subtasks, categories, deadlines, priorities, completion state, and other content you choose to create or edit in the app.
• AI interaction content. If you use AI-assisted features, we process the prompts, draft text, generated task suggestions, and related results needed to provide those features.
• Settings and locally stored data. The app may store preferences and app state on your device or browser, such as language, theme, onboarding state, todo filters, expanded groups, PWA prompt state, and authentication/session tokens.
• Optional voice input. On supported iOS devices, if you choose to use voice input and grant permission, speech recognition may process your spoken input so it can be converted into text for your request.
• Service connection data. We also process the connection and request data needed to operate the service, such as real-time subscription identifiers and standard technical metadata exchanged when the app communicates with our backend.

3. How we use information

We use personal information and related app data to:

• create and manage user accounts, authentication, and password recovery;
• display, sync, update, and organize your todos and planning content;
• deliver AI-assisted task generation and related app features;
• remember your settings and improve continuity across sessions;
• maintain security, diagnose service issues, and prevent misuse; and
• respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate authentication, hosting, backend delivery, and AI-assisted functionality on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization, merger, or transfer of assets.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Locally stored preferences and app state may remain on your device until you sign out, clear browser or app storage, or uninstall the app.

6. Your choices and rights

You can take the following actions at any time:

• review and update the task content and settings you manage inside the app;
• sign out to clear active session tokens stored by the app;
• manage speech-recognition permissions through your device settings;
• clear browser or app storage to remove locally saved preferences; and
• email kliment1986@inbox.ru to request deletion, clarification, or privacy support.

7. Children's privacy

ToDo AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete the data if appropriate.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
